So most of you know that I love food. In fact, I almost find myself searching for Asian food whenever I haven’t had breakfast and I’m around uni. Anyway, so in my previous post I mentioned that I was/am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Well… it’s easier said than done for sure! It’s not an easy path because junk is so tempting! I digress. More on the healthy food stuff, I’ve been trying to incorporate it into my breakfast, snacking and dinner. However, I’ve only remembered to take pics of the breakfast. My apologies. I’m a bit of a scatterbrain as I’m currently writing my finals. I’ve been making mainly oats/porridge. Hope you like! (Forgive the background in some of the pics lol)
I’ve also tried my hand at making green smoothies as well…. However, I don’t remember the exact ingredients in each of them but I know some have been with broccoli, spinach, baby spinach, green/red grapes, tangerines, apples, persimmons, pumpkin seeds, fruit-infused water, raisins/sultanas, beetroots, bananas, pomegranates. 🙂
Please let me know what you think. Should I do more food posts? Also, would you like a post on how to make granola because it was delicious! I plan on making some more this weekend.
