Been a while.
I won’t even bother to delve into details. You’ve heard my excuses more than once. All I will say is consistency with blogging is something I am trying to be better at this year.
Anywhoooo, guys, I actually have days off this week. I swear I was starting to go just a little stark crazy at work. It just gets busier and busier by the minute. Not that I’m complaining, just grateful. Exhausted. But grateful. It’s life I guess.
I took the photos for today’s post over a month ago. I think it’s true how sometimes you make plans and things just go in the opposite direction. Better late than never, hey?
About the outfit, I’ve really been into bomber jackets lately, and this print navy blue one is no exception. I just love the muted beigey-nude colour mixed with the navy. Makes it in such a way that you could almost wear any colour with this jacket and still look put together. The same goes for the jeans. If you guys know me well, you’d (already) know my love for basics and the various colours they come in. I got these jeans last year while in SA, had them taken in just a little bit on the waist and by my calves/ankles for that absolute skinny jean look, which is something I am very picky about when it comes to buying skinnies. I like my skinny jeans super skinny. Not that I’m skinny lol but you feel me? I like them tapered along the shape of my legs for the ultimate form fitting look. Another thing I love about this outfit is that you could wear sneakers for a casual look, or throw on a pair of heels and immediately head out to drinks with your girlfriends. Issa win-win situation.
I do hope you have all been well, and as always thank you for your patience and for always dropping by despite my sporadic blogging. I appreciate you all so so much!
