Okay, do the words in this post rhyme? I think so. I shall get to why I think they rhyme in a little bit. Read on.
So today I went to check out some Ghanaian fabric from a friend. (More on that fabric coming up later.) Went to hang with my girl Popsy after. (S/O to my girl Popsy!) LOL. So, we decided to do a little window shopping, and ended up buying a pair of shoes, each. Can you say recruit? I’ve managed to make my shopping disease a little contagious! Hi, my name is Anita and I’m a shopaholic. The shoes will make their debut on the blog very soon.
I digress. This is what I wore today:
Does the blog title make any sense now? No? Yes? I’ll take that as a no. So, I figured since I wore a plaid shirt and GLADiator sandals….yeah. Pretty much. And it sort of rhymed! Maybe I’m too idle or something. Oh well.
I hope you’ve noticed there’s a new background today? I’ve got some comments that I should change my look backgrounds every so often. I’ll do my best. It’s kinda hard taking pics when there’s no photographer around! And I’m not about to take pics with a timed setting on my camera! No sir-ee. That’s just asking for bad pictures!
You would never believe that I’ve had these sandals for 3 years! I’m surprised I’ve kept them this long! I guess it’s ’cause I always forget that I have them. Love them though. Super comfy! The cross-body bag doubles up as a clutch. The strap is detachable. How awesome is that? Cross-body bag by day, envelope clutch by night! Talk about killing two birds with one stone.
Do forgive the hair in this shot, didn’t realise it looked like this! Maybe I should shave it all off. Ha ha! 🙂
This skirt is SO comfy! Bought it a couple of weeks ago. It should make it to another couple or more posts. Was thinking of dressing it up or down. Or maybe even pull off a smart casual look.
Trying to do my hair in this shot. Didn’t really work. I’m really beginning to dislike my straight hair!
The awkward mouth pose. I can’t even explain that!
Finish off with a smile! 🙂
Special shout out to Popsy, my photographer of the day. 🙂
Happy mid-week people!
