It. Has. Been. Ages.
Firstly, I hope you all like the new site! Secondly, I know it’s Valentine’s week so I decided that I’d make a series for the days leading up to Valentine’s day. Who’s excited? I know I am, kind of,
not really. For those with no Valentine’s and celebrating Singles’ Awareness Day, this series still applies. Please remember that we should be celebrating love all year round, not just on one day of the year.
We kick off this week with the first of three Valentine’s-inspired outfits. This outfit is more of a daytime one, say, a brunch/late lunch with the girls type of outfit. Smart but simple and good enough to transition to evening. Who doesn’t love a good -and comfy- outfit that shows off your curves? There’s just so many ways that you could wear your jeans, and pairing it with a lace top makes it all the more sexy. Just as airy and comfortable for the current heat wave we’re having at the moment.
It’s also been ages since this cross-body bag featured on the blog. It has become such a favourite of mine because of it’s colour. So classic. It size and shape makes it perfect for day-to-night transition. It also helps you keep cool because, let’s be honest, a hold-all bag contributes to a little more sweat and a little more body heat, no?
